BIG NEWS: A New Brand By GlutenAway + A New Healthy Living Online Expo Coming 2018!

So I've been keeping this a secret for a while but I'm finally ready to reveal what we've been working on over here at GlutenAway. It may come as a surprise that I don't eat packaged products very much. In fact, most of my diet is plant based and all natural! Yes, I definitely still enjoy the gluten-free cookies, brownies, and many more products that I promote so often, but it's absolutely not how I eat every day. I'm sure many of you are wanting to live a healthier lifestyle, like myself, and helping with that is exactly what my next adventure entails. My mom and myself at GlutenAway have created a whole new brand just for that. Whether you're gluten-free, paleo, vegan, plant based, sugar free, grain free, or whatever else, HaleLifeNow was created just for you! You're probably already familiar with our gluten free online expo,, but you can expect a healthy living online expo coming in 2018 😊

What does Hale Life mean?
"HaleLife is about embracing the evolution & journey to a healthy life. Each of us travel on our own path of discovering how to live healthy. Some take an immediate path of removing harmful foods and products but many have a much slower journey to discovering the best diet to achieve optimal health. Regardless of what stage you are in .... removing gluten, dairy, processed foods, meat, GMO's, etc. we are here to support you and help you become a happier and healthier you.

Hale (adj)
Strong and healthy, robust, vigorous. To live without disease or infirmary."

What will make HaleLifeNow different from GlutenAway?
GlutenAway was started during the beginning of my gluten-free journey. (The part where you want to find the gluten-free cookies, cakes, bread, and other foods that taste as close to gluten as possible.) I believe that there's nothing wrong with this part of life! We all go through it and I still want GlutenAway to be a great resource for just that. However, HaleLifeNow is all about embracing the part of life that comes after this for many. For many of us, we desire to eat to feel better. HaleLifeNow will be all about sharing content to help you live healthier and feel better overall. That includes sharing products, tips, elatable social topics, and much more!

What will this new brand mean for GlutenAway?
HaleLifeNow won't affect GlutenAway at all! If anything, it will only help us share more diverse content. GlutenAway will still be run by myself in the same way that it's always been. I will still be the one behind all of the social media and the one responding to all of your comments. We will definitely be bringing more people onto our team in the near future but I will always be the one behind the tweets, posts, and comments that you see. It's what I enjoy most!

Why I wanted to start HaleLifeNow:
It may not seem like it but I deal with a lot of health issues, both diagnosed and undiagnosed. I already deal with so many symptoms like fatigue, numbness, migraines, muscle weakness, and much more. So the last thing I want to do is continuously put food into my body that makes me feel worse. I'm 20 years old and at the point in my life where I only want to feel better. I spent all of my teens being sick and going in and out of the hospital. All I want is for myself to feel healthy and I've realized over the years that food plays a huge factor into my health. How I eat now is different compared to how I ate 5 years ago and although my diet has changed, the last thing I want to do is completely change the content I promote under GlutenAway. By starting HaleLifeNow, I find myself being able to help those who are not just gluten-free, but those who are wanting to feel better overall from the food that they eat. Starting this new brand allows me to help people in all areas of life which is honestly my #1 passion. If I can help people feel better in a whole new area of the food industry then I'm absolutely glad to take that step to make a difference.

Why Laura (my mom) wanted to start HaleLifeNow:
As Taylor and I have grown GlutenAway, I have embarked on my own journey of understanding of what a healthy lifestyle means to me. That journey started with a diagnosis of Celiac Disease right after I turned 30 years old in 2009. At that point in time my concern and focus was removing gluten from my diet and finding products that tasted good and allowed for me to feel “normal”. About a year later I learned that I also had a dairy allergy and had to go dairy free. From my diagnosis’ my understanding evolved into truly relating that what I put into my body affected my overall health. It seems like such a simple concept but it took life altering diagnosis’ relating to food for me to finally grasp such a simple fact. GlutenAway was started from a personal place of passion, understanding and empathy for adults and children who have been diagnosed to live gluten-free. We genuinely strive to help connect our followers with the very best gluten-free products that make them feel “normal” again.

As the years have gone by I have gradually changed the way I have eaten … removing GMO’s, shopping organic and then finally going to a plant-based diet. This was my personal evolution that took lots of time to learn what felt best for my overall health. Through building GlutenAway we have connected with thousands of people who have gone through the same evolution – starting off by being diagnosed to live a certain way and then adapting additional healthy lifestyle choices as they begin to feel better.

Taylor and I decided to take everything we have invested into GlutenAway and apply it to this new brand. I truly hope that wherever you are in your journey that we can offer you comfort, support and enlightenment while introducing you to great products, people and services that we have found.

Top Secret (since you read the entire post)
We may or may not be opening our very own gluten-free and dairy free bakery in Tampa, Florida in 2018....but you didn't hear it from us 😉
