My favorite 4 posts I've done over the last 2 years:
The Connection Between Celiac Disease And Adrenal Fatigue - This is by far the most important post I've written. If you aren't aware of your adrenal gland and how it affects your body then you definitely should be! Adrenal fatigue is very common in people who are gluten-free so learn all you need to know with my post! Click Here!
Living With Illnesses As Teenagers (A Boyfriend and Girlfriend Story) - This is without a doubt my favorite post on my blog! My girlfriend and I both share our stories as teenagers and how we deal with our illnesses together. We've almost been dating for a year and have Celiac Disease, POTS, and many other things in common that we deal with. Even besides our illnesses we have so much more in common to be happy about! Accepting The Celiac Struggles At Any Age - We all go through points of struggles while being gluten-free. I feel like my advice as a teenager can be helpful to anyone going through points of struggle and I feel like this post is perfect if you need some encouragement. Click Here!
Advocate For Yourself...Who Else Will? - Self advocating for yourself is the only way you will ever get to better health. Personal thanks to people that have impacted me personally:
My parents (Laura and Kevin): I know I wouldn't at all be the person I am today without you. Since I started my blog you have been supportive of me and have supported everything I've done since the beginning. I know the whole reason I started my blog is because of the person you've raised me to be. I wouldn't have a positive attitude or have the mindset I do if it weren't for you which is why I couldn't be more thankful to have parents as great as you in my life. You've raised me and taught me to set high standards for myself and to never let myself have limits. The only limits are the ones I set on myself and I know having parents as great as you is one of the only reasons I can say that.
Thank you all for the support and for following my blog! I hope to have another great year of posting and blogging!
